• Breach of Trust - Year-end Canadian Equity Market Review [2006], Forum Magazine - Journal of Advocis, Canadian Assoc of Financial Advisors. This invited research and report explained the destruction of markets for direct (decentralized) investment in high-quality income securities when the 2006 Halloween Market Massacre was caused by a Conservative government that broke its promise to reverse taxing policies imposed by a Liberal government. The taxing regime and broken pledge on policy were products of a backroom bureaucrat who was made Governor of the Bank of Canada to honor his work centralizing cash flow and wealth. Less than two decades later, the Liberal Party made him the unelected Prime Minister of its Liberal caretaker government.
